My name is Tamera and I am a B.Ed-qualified and TEFL-certified educator with over eight years of experience across traditional classrooms and online platforms, specializing in the Cambridge International Curriculum. My professional journey, ranging from leading Year 3 classrooms at Nova Pioneer to instructing adult learners globally, has shaped my student-centered methodology, which emphasizes differentiated instruction and the seamless integration of educational technology. I believe in a holistic approach to learning that balances academic mastery in literacy and numeracy with the development of emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
