Teaching in a public has equiped me with strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning needs. It has taught me the importance of inclusivity, patience and flexibility. I learned to design lessons that accommodate different learning styles, maintain an engaging and structured classroom environment using interactive tools, intergration and technology, creative materials and hands on projects to keep learners motivated. Despite challenges of overcrowded classrooms and limited resources, I maintained committed to supporting each learner's growth, fostering a positive attitude. The challenges strengthened my problem solving skills helping me to communicate openly and regularly, focus on struggling students whilst keeping others on task and encourage creative and critical thinking ensuring that learners develop academically, socially and emotionally.
