I have experience teaching English both online and in a school environment, mainly working with young learners. My online teaching has focused strongly on reading and writing, where I help students build confidence in forming sentences, improving grammar, and developing their ability to express themselves clearly. In the classroom, I gained experience managing a group setting, supporting different learning styles, and keeping students engaged while still working toward clear learning outcomes.
My teaching approach is structured but flexible. I like to keep lessons focused and goal-driven, especially when working on reading and writing, but I always adapt based on the student’s level and personality. For example, I encourage students to speak in full sentences and guide them in correcting their grammar in a supportive way. When it comes to reading, I help them break down more difficult words so they can understand and decode them rather than just memorising.
I enjoy teaching because I like seeing real progress in my students. It’s rewarding to watch a student become more confident, especially when they start using English more independently. I also enjoy building a connection with my students and creating an environment where they feel comfortable to try, make mistakes, and improve.
