📖 Lesson A1 Grammar📐 Grammar

🍎 Grammar A1-22: Countable and uncountable nouns

The material that turns a hard-sounding label into one simple habit, written for learners of about seven to ten. It opens with two picture strips — one apple, two apples, ten apples against milk, some milk, never two milks — and a single table that lines up the two groups row by row: a and an, the plural -s, some, any, How many, How much and there is or there are. A kitchen and shopping scene carries eight tap-and-repeat cards, and a twelve-card sorter builds the “can I count it?” reflex that decides the whole topic. Practice is spread over four sets: eight easy items on a, an, some and the little -s, six on some in yes sentences and any in no sentences and questions, eight harder items on How many and How much inside short contexts, and a six-item test with a scored result band. Six typical errors are repaired, and three trap boxes show the wrong sentence next to the right one. Every answer explains itself in words simpler than the grammar being taught. Teacher notes give a 45-minute sequence, the two-column board move, help for a stuck learner and the follow-up topics.
