A complete 45-minute teacher-led lesson that turns the five classroom commands into the behaviour language of every lesson that follows. After the fixed Hello Routine with the puppet Pip, a four-line Command Song is done with the whole body in three rounds — slow, faster and a whisper round with the actions just as big. A drum drill then beats one command at a time, switching between a slow boom and quick little taps, with the same five picture cards on the screen that the teacher is holding in her hand. A “Pip says…” game runs the full set with a trick call every third turn, and because nobody is ever out, a child who moves on the trick call simply laughs and plays on. The lesson peaks with the little teacher: six volunteers each take the drum, choose a card and give one command to the whole class — the first time in the course a child produces a command instead of following one, and the class claps for every single one. A quiet-mouse finger play brings the room back down, card by card, ending in a whisper. Recognition always comes before production and doing the action counts as a correct answer. Nothing is read and nothing is written. A closing teacher screen carries the minute-by-minute plan, the materials list, the little-teacher observation notes, the 30-minute adaptation and the home connection.
