I am a passionate and committed English teacher with experience teaching young learners in a structured and engaging learning environment. I specialise in building strong foundational language skills, including phonics, vocabulary development, pronunciation, and basic sentence construction. My lessons are designed to be clear, interactive, and supportive, helping learners gain confidence in using English step by step.

Teaching Experience & Methodology

My teaching approach is student-centred and aligned with Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), where the focus is on meaningful interaction and practical language use. I adapt my lessons to suit different learning styles by incorporating visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic activities to keep students engaged.

I use a variety of teaching tools such as TPR (Total Physical Response), props, flashcards, songs, storytelling, and guided repetition to reinforce understanding. I also apply scaffolding techniques to ensure learners progress from simple to more complex language structures at a comfortable pace.

I believe in creating a positive and encouraging classroom environment where students feel safe to participate, make mistakes, and grow in confidence.

Why I Love Teaching

I love teaching because it allows me to make a meaningful impact on a learner’s development. I find great fulfilment in helping students develop confidence in English and witnessing their progress over time. Teaching young learners is especially rewarding as their enthusiasm and curiosity make each lesson dynamic and enjoyable. I am passionate about creating engaging lessons that inspire a love for learning and support long-term language development.
