Hi! I’m Erin, if you are interested in fun and effective English lessons you are in the right place!
I am a native English speaker and qualified teacher from South Africa. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education as well as a TEFL qualification, and I have over eight years of teaching experience, both in the classroom and online.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with students of different ages, abilities and backgrounds, helping them develop a wide range of English skills, including conversational English, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, literature, debating and business English.
My teaching approach is student-centered, friendly and encouraging. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported and confident enough to make mistakes. I enjoy making my lessons interactive and adapting them to each student’s individual needs, interests and goals.
What I love most about teaching is seeing a student’s confidence grow. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch someone go from feeling unsure about their English to expressing themselves more naturally and confidently.
I’m passionate about making English practical, enjoyable and relevant to each learner, and I look forward to helping my students achieve their goals while discovering that learning English can be something they genuinely enjoy!
