👾 Little Stars 12: Funny Monster Friends

The My Body checkpoint of the Little Stars Compact 36 journey, and the lesson where the counting unit comes back. After the Hello routine with the puppet Pip and two rounds of “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes”, the whole class draws a monster with the teacher — every part is shouted, every part is counted. Then each child glues wiggly eyes and paper arms and legs onto a blob body and chooses how many of each. A short rehearsal in pairs comes before the Monster Show itself: one child at a time on the gold star spot, holding the monster high, naming its parts while the class counts along and claps. The teacher plan carries the checkpoint list with three tick levels per child, and the lesson closes with a monster stomp dance, calm breathing and the fixed Goodbye Song. Oral only — nothing is read or written at Pre-A1.
