📖 Lesson B1 Writing🎉 Fun & Culture

🏔️ Builders: Story Draft & Tell

A fully interactive B1.1 Storycraft task lesson from the Builders' Studio series, integrating everything from the module. Students learn a three-step task toolkit: the full-story blueprint (climbing the whole mountain — setup, problem, climb, climax, resolution — in about 8-10 short lines), switching on all four engines (a scenic opening in past continuous, a dialogue spark with a strong say-verb, a feeling beat that shows emotion, and strong past-tense verbs), and the teller's voice (pace, pause and expression for a story worth hearing). Ten key words (draft, premise, plot, scene, audience, rehearse, pace, pause, expression, feedback) come with full B1 definitions and examples, six as review flashcards. The reading shows Marco telling his finished draft in the story circle, with every engine visible and hover-tooltip vocabulary. Practice offers 8 fill-in-the-blank items on task vocabulary and story details with live validation, hints and scoring; speaking is a story-circle protocol with five prompts plus a six-line model circle showing warm-and-useful feedback; the writing task is the drafting studio itself — a 40-70 word full story climbing the whole mountain with one spark and one feeling beat, against a four-point checklist with live word count and auto-save; and an 8-question quiz mixes drafting terms, story structure, telling technique and two comprehension questions on the reading, with progress bar, explanations, a conic-gradient result circle and localStorage persistence.
