👋 Sunshine Club: Two Big Questions

Lesson 3 of the Sunshine Club for young beginners (ages 7–9). Children give their first two question patterns a clear structure: 'What's your name? → My name is… / I'm…' and 'How old are you? → I'm 8 / I'm eight years old', with the number words seven, eight and nine. The warm-up gets everyone asking with fingers up, then two pattern boxes show each question as simple formula chips with three examples each and a magic-tips panel (What's = What is, I'm 8 = I am 8). A ten-word table and six flashcards cover the question and age words. The Story Corner (about 60 words) rides the classroom interview-train game with Ela, Tom, Nina and Omar, plus hover word help and a word-card reading row. Children then fill 8 one-word gaps (what, old, name, am, are, is, number words), play the interview train with a 5-line model dialogue, write 10–20 words about themselves with three frames (checklist, word counter, auto-save), and finish with an 8-question Sunshine Quiz with one-line explanations and a score circle.
