📖 Lesson B2 Speaking🎯 Exam Prep

💬 IELTS Speaking Part 3: Discussion Questions and Answer Strategies

Part 3 moves the conversation from your own life to abstract discussion, and this lesson gives you a method for it. You will learn four strategies (opinion-reason-example-contrast, speculation, past-versus-present comparison, and evaluation), each with sentence starters you can use immediately. Forty questions across education, work, technology, environment, cities, culture, health and family are tagged by strategy, and six model answers show the strategies in action. The lesson closes with phrases for handling follow-up questions and a self-check list.
