🎧 Builders: How to Watch in English
A fully interactive B1.1 Media Lab lesson (Builders' Studio, ages 10-13) that turns watching for fun into deliberate listening practice. Learners meet the three-tool watch-protocol: the Subtitle Ladder (English subtitles on, then only hard lines, then off), Pause & Predict (stop a scene and guess the next line before checking), and Echo the Line (rewind, listen for stress and rhythm, then copy the exact sound and feeling of the speaker). Ten key words are taught in full B1 definitions with examples (subtitles, pause, rewind, echo, clip, gist, chunk, predict, caption, protocol), six of them revisited as flashcards.
