🦁 Sunshine Club: Zoo Guides!

A fully interactive A1.1 Kids speaking lesson that closes the Animal World unit of the Sunshine Club series. Children warm up saying their favourite animal and shouting the three fact starters, then learn the magic-three pattern in formula boxes: Fact 1 'It's + word' (what it is), Fact 2 'It's got + body part' (what it has) and Fact 3 'It can + action' (its superpower), plus a five-step guide talk plan table (Hello! → three facts → Thank you!). The 10-word vocabulary table revises unit words through the guide lens (guide, fact, leg, tail, wing, teeth, neck, fast, tall, long) with 3-6 word definitions, and six become flashcards. The Story Corner is a 95-word 'Zoo Tour Day' tale in which Tom, Nina, Omar and Ela each give a mini guide talk about the lion, giraffe, bird and hippo — every talk modelling the exact three-fact structure — with hover-tooltip help and a word-card chip row of six sight words. Practice offers 8 one-word blanks drilling got / can / is and body words with live feedback; the speaking section is the heart of the lesson, mirroring the classroom ZOO TOURS group activity with five build-your-talk prompts and Omar's five-line model guide talk; the writing task turns the homework ('Give your animal talk at home') into the three sentence frames with a 10-20 word target, four-step checklist and live word counter with auto-save. An 8-question quiz on the pattern and the story, with one-line explanations, progress bar, score circle and localStorage persistence, ends the unit.
