🎬 Sunshine Club 2: The Noisy House
A fully interactive A1.2 Kids reading lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 46, Right Now unit). Children warm up with noisy and quiet sounds and naming rooms. The Word Focus has two boxes with emoji rows - five rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, garden) and three present-continuous actions (Mum is cooking, Tom is playing, Nina is dancing) - plus a noisy/quiet chip panel. Ten key words (noisy, quiet, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, garden, cooking, singing, dancing, washing) appear in a scrollable table with 4-6 word definitions and examples, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner is the star: 'The Noisy House' (about 95 words, lines of 4-9 words) walks room by room - Mum is cooking soup, Tom is playing the drums, Omar is singing, Nina is dancing, the dog is barking, and quiet Ela is reading in the garden - with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row (noisy, quiet, kitchen, garden, cooking, dancing). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (cooking, playing, quiet, dancing, noisy, reading, garden, is) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a room-by-room pair game with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Tom and Omar; the Writing task mirrors the homework (describe your noisy house room by room) with three frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
