🏫 Sunshine Club 2: Let's Play!

A fully interactive A1.2 Kids grammar lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 15, School Life unit). Children warm up with playground actions (jump and skip, catch a pretend ball, say Let's play a game, chase and stop). The Pattern Focus is one clear box for making suggestions with three formula chips - Let's + play, Let's + skip, Let's play! + Good idea! / Sorry, no - three colour-tagged examples (ask / yes / no) and a tips chip panel (Let's + verb, Yes = Good idea!, No = Sorry, no., Let's = let us). Ten key words (skip, catch, hide, chase, kick, throw, play, Let's, playground, idea) appear in a scrollable table with 3-6 word definitions and playground examples, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner tells 'Break Time Fun' (about 105 words, lines of 4-9 words): Nina, Ela, Omar and Tom skip, kick, catch, chase and hide at break, saying Let's and answering Good idea! or Sorry, no - with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row (let's, play, skip, ball, good, idea). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (let's, idea, skip, no, playground, chase plus two 3rd-person -s items: kicks, catches) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a suggestion pair game with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Omar and Nina; the Writing task mirrors the homework (a short break-time chat using Let's) with four frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz with a progress bar, one-line explanations, two story questions, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
