🔭 Grammar B1-6: Future forms review

A2 taught the future forms one by one; this review teaches them as a single system driven by one question — how settled is it already? A four-rung ladder orders the forms from most settled to least: the present simple for public timetables (the show starts at seven, the moon rises at 9.04), the present continuous for arrangements other people share (we’re meeting at six), going to for earlier plans and visible evidence, and will — the bottom rung — for decisions, offers, promises and bare opinions born while speaking. Two worked examples walk one planetarium evening and one Friday-night sky through every rung, and the compare panels settle the two subtlest pairs: I’m seeing the dentist (booked — the other side expects you) against I’m going to see the dentist (intended — the plan has never left your head), and evidence-based going to against belief-based will for predictions. Practice is heavy and deliberately anti-will-for-everything: thirty-two multiple-choice items across four sets, several of which make will grammatical but weaker; a ten-way sort of arranged versus merely decided plans; a tap-to-explain club dialogue with all four futures marked; six repairs and three trap boxes.
