📖 Lesson A1 Speaking🎉 Fun & Culture

🎨 Sunshine Club 2: Hobby Fair Stalls

A fully interactive A1.2 Kids speaking lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 41, Hobbies unit). Children warm up by naming a favourite hobby and practising a welcome line, then meet the stall-pitch pattern: three easy lines (Welcome to my painting stall; I love painting because it's fun; Come and try!) plus an 'answer the visitors' box (Do you like football? - Yes, I do! It's exciting). Ten key words (fair, stall, pitch, visitor, welcome, try, come, favourite, hobby, because) appear in a scrollable table with 4-8 word definitions and examples, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner tells 'The Hobby Fair' (about 105 words, present tense, lines of 4-9 words): four friends run stalls and visitors try their hobbies - with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row (fair, stall, visitor, try, come, because). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (including 3rd-person -s items shows and runs) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a run-your-stall pitch task with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Ela's stall and visitor Omar; the Writing task mirrors the homework (write your three-line pitch to say at home) with three frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz, including two questions about the reading text, closes the lesson with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence.
