📖 Lesson A2 Reading🏠 Everyday Life

🌟 A Day to Remember

In this reading-based lesson, students read Rosa's story about a terrible Tuesday that ended with a wonderful surprise. The narrative is rich with past simple verbs and time linkers (first, then, after that, suddenly, but then, later, finally). Students learn to structure a narrative (setting, problem, events, turning point, ending), use feeling adjectives (panicked, embarrassed, proud), and practise 'had to' as the past of 'must'. Includes a story-ordering game, quiz, fill-in-the-blanks with time linkers, and a writing task about their own memorable day.
