🐸 Little Stars Plus 18: Animal Moves on Stage

The Story Theatre lesson of the Body Moves unit of Little Stars Plus, a Pre-A1 English course for children aged 4 to 6. The children put lesson 15’s original story “I Can Do It!” on stage. First they remember the six animals and their moves with move cards: the frog jumps, the crab claps, the little dinosaur stomps, the owl turns around, the octopus waves its hands and the snail stretches up slowly. Then every child chooses an animal role, the groups rehearse, and the show begins: each group performs its move, Pip says “Your turn!” to the audience, and everybody calls “I can do it!” from memory. Online, the child performs on camera with the family as the audience. With teacher tips, seated alternatives, a 30-minute version and a Star Check picture game for home.
