📖 Lesson Pre-A1 Speaking👫 People & Relationships

🎈 Little Stars Plus 4: Friend Games

The fourth lesson of Little Stars Plus, a Pre-A1 English course for children aged 4 to 6 — a play day full of name games. After the Hello Routine, the children learn the question “What’s your name?” with its gesture: hold the microphone out, eyebrows up. Pip travels round the circle to the Hello Dance music, and the child holding Pip answers: “I’m Emma!”. In parachute name waves, Pip bounces on the parachute and lands next to a child, who answers and gets a big hello wave. In the circle greeting game, each child chooses how the class greets them: a wave, a high five or shake hands. “Emma!” and “I’m Emma!” are both full answers. With teacher tips, ideas for online lessons (a scarf instead of a parachute), a 30-minute version and a Star Check picture game for home.
