โญ Sunshine Club 2: My Year & I-Can Pages

A fully interactive A1.2 Kids writing lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 69, My Life Project graduation unit). Children finish their Life Book, recycling the whole course - nothing new. They build pages 5 and 6 and design the cover. They warm up with four actions (say your birthday month, name your favourite season, say 'I can ride a bike', turn to page 5). The Pattern Focus has two clear boxes: the my-year line (My birthday is + in May; In summer + I swim) with in/on tips, and the I-can line (I can + ride a bike; I can + count to twenty) with a can't example. Ten key words (birthday, month, season, summer, winter, year, cover, title, can, ride) appear in a scrollable table and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner tells 'Tom Finishes His Book' (about 105 words, lines of 4-9 words): Tom writes his year and 'I can' pages, then draws a cover and a title, while Omar shows his own - with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row (year, month, season, cover, title, can). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (in, on, can, in, draws, cover, swims, count) including two 3rd-person -s items, with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a cover-sharing pair task with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Tom and Omar; the Writing task mirrors the homework (finish pages 5-6 and write a title) with four frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
