๐Ÿ  Sunshine Club 2: Helping at Home

A fully interactive A1.2 Kids vocabulary lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 26, My Home Life unit). Children warm up with four actions (show hands if you help, say a chore-line, mime feed the pet, name a chore you like). The Word Focus has two boxes: a six home-jobs box with emoji chore rows (tidy my room, wash the dishes, water the plants, feed the pet, set the table, take out the rubbish) and a when-do-I-help pattern box (I + feed the pet + on Saturdays) with a when-words chip row. Ten key words appear in a scrollable table with 4-8 word definitions and chore-line examples, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner tells 'Omar the Super Helper' (about 105 words, lines of 4-9 words): the chores Omar does every day, on Saturdays and on Fridays - with five hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row for early literacy (help, tidy, feed, water, table, rubbish). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences including two 3rd-person -s items (Omar feeds, Ela waters) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a pair activity with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Ela and Nina; the Writing task mirrors the homework (do one chore, then write about your chores) with three frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
