Students explore healthy living through a school health project reading with four research groups covering nutrition, exercise, sleep, hygiene, screen time and mental health. They learn to give advice with should/shouldn't, play a Should or Shouldn't decision game, and write health tip posters for younger children. The lesson promotes real-life health awareness alongside English language skills.
