๐Ÿ† Builders: Baseline Talk 2.0

A fully interactive B1.1 speaking lesson that closes the Builders' Studio course by re-running the Lesson 5 baseline talk and turning growth into something learners can see. After four reflective warm-up questions, part two unpacks the Skill toolkit in three blocks: the Builder's Rubric (fluency, range, clarity and structure, with score bands), the Baseline Talk 2.0 Frame (a ninety-second About-Me structure โ€” hook, who I am, my English journey, then-vs-now, close), and the Delta Conference, which teaches learners to describe growth with the pivot: past simple for how they started (In September I froze) versus present perfect for change up to now (I've become more confident), backed by a then/now comparison table and growth signal words. Ten measurement words (baseline, rubric, delta, progress, fluency, confidence, target, reflect, improvement, milestone) appear with full definitions and examples, and six return as review flashcards. The 160-word reading follows Aylin, Marco, Priya and Sam comparing their two recordings, with eight hover-glossed terms and present-perfect-versus-past growth statements in natural context. Practice offers eight contextual fill-in-the-blanks mixing past simple, present perfect and lesson words with live feedback and a score; speaking gives five delta prompts and a six-line model conference; the writing task guides a 40-70 word growth line with a four-point checklist, live counter and auto-save; and an eight-question quiz mixes the pivot, rubric concepts and two reading-comprehension items, with per-question explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence.
