🐶 Sunshine Club 2: My Special Person
A fully interactive A1.2 Kids speaking lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 59, People & Pets unit). Children warm up with four actions (think of a special person or pet, say what they look like, say a kind character word, say what they can do). The Pattern Focus is one simple box with four formula chips - has got + long hair, is + kind, can + cook, I love - four colour-tagged examples (looks / character / can / feeling) and a four-step tips chip panel. Ten key words (special, hair, eyes, kind, funny, brave, cook, help, love, best) appear in a scrollable table with 4-8 word definitions and short examples, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner tells 'Special Talk Day' (about 120 words, lines of 4-9 words): Ela talks about her mum, Omar about his grandpa, Tom about his dog Max and Nina about her sister - with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row for early literacy (special, mum, kind, can, love, best). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (has, is, can, love, friendly, special plus a 3rd-person -s item sings) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a special-talk circle with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Nina and Tom; the Writing task mirrors the homework (write your 4-sentence talk and give it to your special one) with four frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
