A fully interactive advanced A1 Teens grammar-and-speaking lesson that extends the earlier 'In My Town' topic with there is/there are and prepositions of place. Students begin with four reflection warm-up questions, then study the language in three clear blocks: a picture grid of twelve town places (school, hospital, bank, shop, park, museum, café, bakery, library, station, hotel, restaurant); a there is/there are block teaching the singular (there is) and plural (there are), negatives (there isn't / there aren't) and questions (Is there…? / Are there…?); and a prepositions-of-place block with six picture cards (next to, between, behind, in front of, opposite, near) each with a simple visual and description.
