📅 Sunshine Club 2: Four Seasons Fun
A fully interactive A1.2 Kids vocabulary lesson from the Sunshine Club Level 2 series (Lesson 62, My Year unit). Children warm up with four actions (look at the weather, say the seasons, say hot or cold, mime a season). Word Focus has two boxes: the four seasons with their weather in emoji gex rows plus eight weather chips, and the season-weather-activity pattern 'In winter it's cold. I go sledging.' with three examples and tips (In + season, It's + weather, I + activity). Ten key words (spring, summer, autumn, winter, sunny, rainy, windy, snowy, sledging, swimming) appear in a scrollable table with 4-8 word definitions. The Reading Corner tells 'The Four Seasons' (about 125 words) starring Nina, Tom, Omar and Ela doing an activity in each season, with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row (spring, summer, autumn, winter, weather, season). Six flashcards review the core words. Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (hot, snowy, spring, sledging, swimming, sunny, leaves, season) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a favourite-season pair game with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Nina and Tom; the Writing task mirrors the homework (favourite season + weather + activity) with three frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
