I am an experienced English teacher and online educator with over 8 years of teaching experience, including more than 6 years of homeschooling and online teaching. I have taught children and teenagers from different cultural and language backgrounds, as well as adult learners, at a range of English levels.
My teaching style is friendly, patient and practical. I focus on helping students understand and use English confidently rather than simply memorising rules. I use clear explanations, guided speaking practice, questions, examples and engaging activities to keep lessons interactive and appropriate for the student's age and level.
I have experience teaching general English, everyday communication, grammar, pronunciation, reading and vocabulary, as well as Cambridge English programmes and exam preparation such as IELTS, KET, PET and Flyers. I also have experience working with Russian-speaking students and understand the challenges learners can experience when English is not their first language.
