📖 Lesson A2 Reading👫 People & Relationships

🧭 Explorers: The Explorer's Letter

A fully interactive A2 Kids reading lesson in the Explorer Club world. Children warm up with four questions about letters and explorers, then study a reading toolkit: the three parts of a letter (Dear / message / From), a fact-hunt strategy (Who? How old? Where? What can?), and the present-tense language they will meet (present simple, have got, can). Ten letter-and-jungle words appear in a scrollable table with kid-friendly definitions and examples, and six get review flashcards. The reading is a ~105-word first-person letter from explorer Ada Rivers, with eight hover-tooltip words. Practice offers eight single-word fill-in-the-blanks with live validation, hints and a score. Speaking gives five prompts and a model dialogue about the letter. Writing is a guided 25–45 word reply letter with a four-point checklist and a live word counter with auto-save. The lesson closes with an eight-question quiz mixing letter language and reading comprehension, with progress bar, explanations and a result circle.
