📅 Sunshine Club 2: My Year Poster

A fully interactive A1.2 Kids speaking lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 65, My Year unit). Children warm up with four prompts (say your birthday month, favourite season, one summer activity, one party you love). The Word & Pattern Focus has a year-word chip row (birthday, season, party, holiday, month, favourite) and a poster-lines box with three frames: My birthday is in + month, My favourite season is + season, In + season, I + activity, with colour-tagged examples. Ten key words (poster, birthday, favourite, season, holiday, party, month, spring, summer, winter) appear in a scrollable table with 4-8 word definitions and examples, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner is 'Poster Day at Sunshine Club' (about 95 words, lines of 4-9 words): Ela, Omar, Nina and Tom present their year posters, with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row (birthday, season, spring, summer, winter, party). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (in, on, season, party, poster plus two 3rd-person -s forms flies and loves) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a present-your-poster pair activity with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Nina and Tom; the Writing task turns the homework into written poster lines (birthday, season, one event) with three frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz, including two questions about the reading, with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
