🏠 Sunshine Club 2: Always and Never
A fully interactive A1.2 Kids grammar lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 27, My Home Life unit). Children warm up with four actions (always tidy? say an always-line, point up for always and down for never, name what they never do). The Pattern Focus is one clear box: two formula chips (I + always + feed the pet; She + usually + tidies her room), four colour-tagged examples (always / usually / sometimes / never) and two tips panels - the frequency ladder (always = all the time, usually = most days, sometimes = a few days, never = not one time) and the placement rule (the word goes before the verb). Ten key words appear in a scrollable table with 4-8 word definitions and example sentences, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner tells 'Nina's Busy Week' (about 105 words, lines of 4-9 words): what Nina always, usually, sometimes and never does at home and at school - with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row for early literacy (always, usually, sometimes, never, help, feed). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences including two 3rd-person -s items (she feeds, Tom tidies) and placement gaps, with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a pair activity with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Tom and Omar; the Writing task mirrors the homework (honest frequency sentences) with four frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz - including a placement question and 2 about the story - with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
