🏫 Sunshine Club 2: School Subjects!

A fully interactive A1.2 Kids vocabulary lesson from the Sunshine Club 2 series (Lesson 13, School Life unit). Children warm up with four actions (look in your school bag, say I like art, mime a subject, point to an English book). The Word Focus has two boxes: an emoji subject-word box (four Say-rows plus an eight-chip subject panel: English, maths, art, music, PE, science, reading, computer) and a favourite-pattern box with formula chips - My favourite subject + is + art - a question formula (What's your favourite subject?), three tagged examples and a tips panel (favourite = number one; is + one subject; What about you?). Ten key words appear in a scrollable table with 4-8 word definitions and short examples, and six get review flashcards. The Reading Corner text 'Four Favourites' (about 100 words, lines of 4-9 words) stars all four Sunshine kids saying their favourite subjects - art for Ela, PE for Tom, music for Nina and science for Omar - with six hover-tooltip words and a six-chip Word cards row (school, subject, art, music, PE, science). Practice gives 8 one-word fill-in-the-blank sentences (subject words, is, and the 3rd-person form loves) with live green/red feedback and hints; Speaking is a favourite-subject class survey with five prompts and a six-line model dialogue between Ela and Tom including a why-answer; the Writing task mirrors the homework (ask two people their favourite subject, then write three favourite lines) with frames, a four-step checklist, a live word counter (aim 15-30 words) and auto-save. An 8-question multiple-choice Sunshine Quiz with a progress bar, one-line explanations, a result circle and localStorage persistence closes the lesson.
